Larron McClure is an Licensed Funeral Director who values faith, selfless service, and respect. He is dedicated to helping families in their time of need. Larron is a combat veteran of the United States Army and has a passion for serving veterans and their families.

I come from a simple Arkansas family that values God, family, and our country. My grandmother always said that her funeral would serve as her last chance on this earth to testify of God's grace and the love of Jesus Christ. It is truly my honor to help others do the same. "

Faithe Inman

Licensed Funeral Director and Licensed Embalmer Certified Cremation Services Provider (CCSP) and Certified Crematory Operator National Funeral Directors Association Member (NFDA) Licensed Pre-Arrangement Counselor

Faithe received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Arkansas State University- Jonesboro in 2019. She graduated from Arkansas State University- Mountain Home in May of 2021 with an Associates of Applied Science in Funeral Science and a Technical Certificate in Funeral Directing. She is dedicated to serving families and helping them in their time of need.

"My goal every day is to help families through what sometimes is the hardest time of their lives. I enjoy getting to know people through their families, and using what I learn about them in order to honor them and their life on earth. I strive to do my job as Doug Manning describes in a poem titled "Being There": "The calling of a funeral director is to be there when someone is in need. To be there no matter the time, or the conditions. To be there with words of comfort and concern. To be there to give quiet guidance through the storm. To be there for the final tribute that honors a life. There is no higher privilege." "

Erika Childress is a compassionate and dedicated funeral service professional from Batesville, Arkansas. With an Associate degree in Funeral Science and a certificate in Funeral Directing, Erika has built a solid foundation in the funeral industry. She is a licensed Funeral Director, Crematory Retort Operator, and currently an Embalmer Apprentice, continually advancing her expertise to better serve her community.

Blessed beyond measure to work with Willis Funeral Service, Erika is driven by a deep sense of responsibility and compassion. Coming from a large, close-knit Arkansas family that has always put God first and valued the importance of family, she is committed to providing families with care and comfort during their most difficult moments.

Her daily goal is simple but profound: to treat every family with the utmost respect and empathy, as if they were her own. As a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, she ensures that she remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on industry best practices to offer the highest level of service.

Growing up in the funeral industry inspired me to join my father, Marc Robison, in our family-owned business, becoming a third-generation funeral director.Â

I enjoy connecting with the families I have the opportunity to serve, and am honored in walking them through some of the toughest times in their lives. I strive to take care of each individual that comes into our care with the utmost respect and treat them as if they were my own.
