Earlene is preceded in death by her parents, Everett (Cricket) and Oma Brokaw; loving husband, Bobby Dale White; two daughters, Sonya Burrow Bradford and infant Melissa Hastings; one granddaughter, Cassadi Bradford; two grandsons, Casey Bradford and Timmy Brady; her brother, Charles Brokaw; and sisters, Billi, Juanita, Elfreda Brokaw, Betty White, and Naomi (Midget) Rohrscheib.

She is survived by her daughter, Bernita James, and husband Ronnie James of Cave City; three sons, Doug Burrow of Batesville, Aaron Burrow of Wrightsville, and Shannon White of Batesville; six grandsons, B.J. Pratt, Glen James, Skylar, Austin, and Ashton and Doug Burrow; four grand-daughters, Aeron and Shelly James, and Skylah and Adrionna White; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter;  one brother, Ira Brokaw and wife Carla; three sisters, Jean Bynum, Bernice Mingues, and Daisy Thompson; her very special friend, Johnny Butler; several nieces and nephews; and a multitude of loving "extra kids" that called her mamma or grandma. Earlene was a born again Holy Ghost filled Christian. She was a member of Storefront Pentecostal Church, a homemaker and former Sunday school teacher.

She loved to tell others about her Jesus and His amazing grace.  She loved people and always tried to see the best in everyone. She was a talented seamstress, designed and cut her own patterns, and had an artistic flair and loved color. She was an amazing cook and was gifted at making something from nothing. She was a nurturing caregiver.  She had a gift for making those she loved to feel important and special. Her most amazing gift being she LOVED, more than anything else she loved.
