Sheina Deson Tilley

Sheina Deson Tilley, 42, of Sulphur Rock, AR, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. She was born on October 24, 1977, in Batesville, AR. Sheina was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend whose memory will be forever kept in the hearts of those that loved her.

Sheina excelled at everything she put her mind to. She was a nurturing mother and a great friend to those that she cared for. As long as she was outdoors, she was in her happy place. Sheina spent the majority of her life helping others. She started working with Red Cross and shortly after attended school to become an EMT. She went on to eventually become a paramedic and finally an LPN at White River Medical Center in Batesville.

Sheina is preceded in death by her father, Michael Von West; brother, Joshua Gene Garrison; grandfather, Leonard (Bill) Aaron Bristow; and grandmothers, Melba Hall and Barbara Carolyn Rawlings. She is survived by her mother, Teresa Carol Franks; son, Tyler Duncan Tubbs; daughter, Trinity Dru Tubbs; step-dad, Wilford Bear Franks; sister, Eden Dawne Hutcheson; step-sister, Lynette Hanson; step-grandfather, Kenneth Rawlings; uncles, Jodie Bristow and Tommy Dru Hall; Nieces, Alexis Hutcheson and Fraya Chapman; and nephews, Brantley Clouse and Kayson Chapman; and many more family members and friends.
