Rebecca was a kind, outgoing, loving, and faithful person. She loved everybody and was always willing to help others in need. She was a loving wife, mom, granny, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of those that were lucky enough to know her and love her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl Eugene Galloway and Betty Del (Pierce) Galloway; sister, Phyllis Schilly; brother, Buddy Galloway; and daughter-in-law, Beth Cummings. She is survived by her loving husband, Jim Halcom; sons, Brad Cummings (Kim), Brian Cummings, and Jimmy Halcom; daughter, Crystal Harrington; brother, Bobby Galloway (Dean); sisters, Betty Wilson (Larry) and Melinda Melton (James); grandchildren, Courtney Cummings, Hunter Cummings, Haleigh Belle Cummings, Bryce Cummings, Braxton Cummings, Hannah Halcom, Shelby Halcom, Libby Halcom, Noah Halcom, Gunner Halcom, Olivia Harrington, Hayden Harrington, and Austin Harrington; great-grandchild, Hadley Harris; as well as many nieces and nephews.
