Ray "Dog" Rounds

Ray "Dog" Rounds a.k.a. Gramps, age 67, passed away Thursday, February 9th, 2017. He was born July 19th, 1949 in Batesville, Arkansas to Henry Rounds and Dee (Maxwell) Rounds. He enjoyed fishing and drag racing. He was a member of Wild Bunch Drag Racing, and had served as treasurer for the White River Drag Racing Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents Henry Rounds and Dee (Maxwell) Rounds, five sisters: infant Sissy Rounds, Inez Cooper, Agnes Smart, Joe Conner, and Dean Kimmerling; and four brothers: infant Bubba Rounds, Pete Rounds, Slugger Rounds, and Robert Rounds.
He is survived by three sons: Jamie Rounds, Richard Rounds and his wife Jennifer, and Charles Hank Rounds and his wife Jasmine; two daughters Leslie Rounds and Brandy Rounds; one sister Barbara Medley of Senath, Missouri; 10 grandchildren: Cortlen Rounds, Preston Rounds, Tristen Rounds, Aiden Rounds, Austin Rounds, Kaiden Olmedo, Mo Olmedo, Ryker Rounds, Bricen Meadows, and Alexius Meadows; two great-grandchildren Caleigh Rounds and Riley Rounds; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and special friends.
Visitation will be Monday, February 13th, 2017 from 6-8 PM and the funeral service will be Tuesday, February 14th, 2017 at 10 AM both at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Jim Bales officiating.
Honorary Pallbearers include: Chuckie Kimmerling, Gary Rounds, Johnny Penn, Gaylen Williams, Ricky Petree, Harold Smart, Ronald Hall and Bobby Bales.
