Misty Renee (Conner) Holt

Misty Conner Holt, 50 of Batesville,  passed away on Saturday , December 9 at home after a courageous battle with cancer since 2020. She was born at Searcy on August 19, 1973, to Barbara and Mike Conner of Jamestown, Arkansas. Misty accepted Christ at thirteen years old. She was a 1991 graduate of Southside School. Misty married her best friend, Jason Holt. Together they had a son, Ethan Conner Holt, who she adored. She was a member of the White River Baptist Church in Oil Trough. 

Misty was a selfless, caring, dedicated entrepreneur and a devoted wife and mother. She loved her dogs, chickens, and her many collections. She was passionate about cooking, and baking at a very young age, which she got from her Granny Fulcher. Misty enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, who called her Mimi.  She enjoyed watching her favorite basketball team, The Lakers with her son Ethan. She had a heart of gold, and people who knew her loved her.

She is survived by: her husband, Jason Holt of Batesville; son, Ethan Holt of Batesville, her parents,  Barbara and Mike Conner of Jamestown; sister, Wendy Conner Madddox (Rick) of Batesville; brother, Jason Conner (Morgan) of St.James;  brother, Jeremy Conner (Hope) of Cushman; brother, Matt Conner (Nichole) of Batesville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Rev. John Lee Fulcher Sr. and Betty Jo Parsons Fulcher, and her paternal grandparents, Mildred Bennett Conner and Ted Conner.

Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. A Memorial Service will be held at Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville on Friday, December 15, 2023  at 5 p.m., with Bro. Curt Howard officiating. After the service, there will be a time of visitation until 7p.m.

Pallbearers are Christopher Payne, Stephen Payne, Eric Fulcher, Alan Fulcher, Joshua Fulcher,  Daniel Fulcher, and Aaron Fulcher, Mikey Fulcher, and Nathan Elms.

Honorary Pallbearers are; Mark Aron Henley Jr., Sammy Conner, Aiden Conner,  Ian Craig, Roman Conner, and Brye Conner.
