Lois Fears, 85, of Batesville died on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Lois was born on October 25, 1935, in Truman, AR to the late Willie Pepper and Novella Viola Conatser Pepper. She was of Christian faith and served the Lord Jesus Christ as a member of the North Heights Church of Christ in Batesville, AR, and in the mission field, having travelled overseas on many different occasions to help spread the Gospel. Lois recounts her most special memories as “times spent together: drives; walks; worship services; mission trips; devotionals on hotel rooftops; Youth-In-Action; and mountain overlooks.”
Lois is reunited is preceded in death by both of her parents; 3 brothers, James Pepper, Jack Pepper, and Billy Pepper; and 4 sisters, Johanna Dement, Maxine Osment, Juanita Thompson, and Dorothy Allen. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Andrews; her sister, Pat Walker, of Lawrenceburg, TN; and several nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. To her family and friends Lois leaves the following words… “I’ll see you around the throne if you renew your faith daily and weekly.”
