Douglas Hansler Obituary

     Douglas Oscar Hansler, 91, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away on February 11, 2020. He was born on October 8, 1928, in Waterloo, Ontario to John and Ruby Hansler. Doug was an avid fly fisher and motorcycle enthusiast and he continued to practice up until his eighties. However, his first passion was his public ministry as a Jehovah's Witness.

     He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bonnie Hansler; parents, John and Ruby Hansler; brothers, Cecil Hansler and Cliff Hansler. He is survived by wife, Donna Hansler; sons, Michael Kilpatrick and Shawn Kilpatrick; daughter, Rebecca Webb; step-daughter, Amy Cruse and husband James Peacock; step-sons; Chris Cruse and John Cruse; grandchildren, Johethan Webb, Gracie Webb, and Brandon Kilpatrick and wife Alicia; great-grandchild, Landon Kilpatrick.

 

Service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, officiated by Tony Hal, starting at 4:30 p.m.
