Delbert Eugene Harris passed away on October 17, 2023, in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born on March 29, 1941, in Sturkie, Arkansas. Delbert enjoyed fishing, watching westerns, and spending time with his dog, Hammer. Delbert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who will be missed by all those who loved him.

Delbert is survived by his daughter, Lois Franks; grandchildren, Michael Franks, Cody Franks (Melissa), and Kyler Franks; great-grandchildren, Trace Franks, Tanner Franks, and Colten Franks; and nephew, Ted Harris (Denise). He is preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Paul Franks; and grandsons, Chris Franks and Carl Franks.
