William Thomas Liles, 92, of Sage, AR, died on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Bill was born on January 14, 1932, in Caruthersville, MO, to the late William H. Liles and Henrietta (Martin) Liles. Bill was of Christian faith and served the Lord Jesus Christ as a member of the Cushman Assembly of God. Bill enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was gardening, keeping up a beautiful yard, or sailing on his boat on Lake Michigan before moving from Michigan to Arkansas. He worked as an accountant for most of his life and then after retiring became an over-the-road truck driver.  Bill also enjoyed photography and writing, having written a couple of his own books. But of all his hobbies and passions, Bill loved nothing more than serving the Lord. He loved his church and his church family.

Bill is reunited in heaven with his parents; his wife, Delores Liles; and his two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Liles, and Esther Jo Liles. He is survived by his friends and his church family at the Cushman Assembly of God.

Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. The funeral service, officiated by Bro. Carl Blankenship, will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Cushman Assembly of God, in Cushman, AR, at 10 a.m. With interment to follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery near Cushman, AR.
