William Clay Holt, 56, passed away on August 12, 2020. He was born on October 11, 1963, in Ozark, AR. Clay was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He also attended the Bethesda Methodist Church. Clay was a loving brother, son, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by his loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Holt and Freda Barnes; brother, Charlie Holt; and sister, Rhonda Kuykendall. He is survived by his sisters, Sheila Miller, Juanita Kennedy (Joe), and Vera Day; sister-in-law, Peggy Holt from Bethesda; half-sister, Sarah Tracy; step-sisters, Kim Crain and Cynthia Miller; half-brothers, Brian Holt, Scott Holt, and Mark Barnes; as well as many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
