Williard Richard Hood Jr., of Newark, passed away Friday, November 8, 2019, at the age of 60. Richard was born November 22, 1958, to Williard Richard Hood Sr. and Virginia Jean Bearly in Moulton, AL. He served his country proudly in the US Navy. He enjoyed working on computers. He was a very sharp analyst, wrote code, and worked on computers most of his adult life. He also enjoyed going to music festivals and dancing. He is preceded in death by his father, Williard Richard Hood Sr., and his grandparents. He is survived by his wife, Rochelle Morris-Hood, his mother, Virginia Weiland, his daughters, Tracy Morris and Tiffany Renfrow, his brother, Michael Weiland, his sister, Melanie Vogts, 5 grandchildren:  Kaleb Johns, Bradin McKay, Cody Renfrow, Austin Harrington, and Jody Wood, and two nephews, Dallas Hodge and Steven Horseman. Arrangements are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR.
