Wilbur Keith Smith, 82, of Floral passed away Friday, October 10th, 2014 in Batesville. He was born October 14, 1931 in Beedeville to Emmett Floyd Smith and Hester Grady Smith. He was an Accountant, a minister and a member of the Pleasant Plains Church of Christ. He loved singing and loved his family dearly. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Smith of Floral; his son, Tim Smith of Madison, MS; his daughter, Cheryl Smith Hissong of Batesville; his brother D. R. Smith of Paragould; his two sisters, Jessie Lou Smith Fondren of Beedeville and Marilyn Smith of Troy, AL; and his four grandchildren, Lee Hissong, Lydia Kate Smith, Aliza Joy Smith, Julianna Caroline Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, O.N. Smith, J.C. Smith, Emmett Smith, W.R. Smith and Charles Smith; his sister Metta Dean Smith Moore; and grandson, T.J. Smith. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Larry Nokes officiating. Interment will be in the Palestine Cemetery at Hutchinson Mountain.
