Terry Wayne Adkerson, 63, passed away Tuesday, October 10th, 2017. He was born April 29th, 1954 in Monette, Arkansas. He was a member of the New Life Assembly of Jesus Christ Church of Magness. He was a minister in his younger years and enjoyed listening to recorded preaching and gospel music. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. Adkerson and Kathleen Turner; one brother, J.R. Adkerson; and one sister, Barbara Burns. He is survived by two sisters, Beverly Smith and Linda Seals; and one brother, James Turner; and a host of extended relatives, church family, and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, October 13th, 2017 at 11 AM at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Dub Holt officiating. Burial will follow at the Egner Cemetery of Southside. Pallbearers include, Shaun Smith, Joel England, Samuel England, Gayland England, Mervin Sanders, and Gobel Holland.
