Tammy Lynn Fulbright, 51 of Batesville passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 in Batesville. She was born August 28, 1962 in Memphis, TN to Jerry Phelps, Sr. and Linda McCall Barnett. She was a homemaker, enjoyed camping, gardening, fishing, boating, shopping, and loved her cat, Harmony. Survivors include her father, Jerry Phelps and his wife, Barbara of Byhalia, Mississippi; her mother, Linda Barnett of Memphis, TN; her grandmother, Jean Phelps of Memphis, TN; her son, Dylin Coates of Batesville; her daughter, Taryn Adcox of Batesville; one brother, Frank G. Phelps, Jr. of Memphis, TN; and her special friend of seven years, Kevin Caraway of Batesville. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard G. Phelps; step-father, Bill Barnett; grandmother, Pauline McCall and grandfather, J.W. McCall. Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel.
