Story Alizabeth Scaggs, 25, passed away September 9, 2016. She was born August 1, 1991 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Larry Miller and Christina (Sandusky) Belle Miller. She attended the Lynn Methodist Church in Lynn, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Fred and Clynell Sandusky; her father Larry Miller; an uncle Fred Sandusky Jr.; and a cousin Fred Sandusky III. She is survived by her mother Christina Belle Miller; her grandparents Euletia and Bill Cates; two daughters Hollie Scaggs and Mia Scaggs; a brother Christopher Miller; and a sister Emily Miller; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
