Shirley Ann (Dugger) Herzig passed away Thursday night October 10, 2019, at the age of 81. Shirley was born August 12, 1938 in Charlotte, AR to the late Claude and Mabel (Holmes) Dugger.  Shirley loved to work crossword puzzles, watch gameshows and was a big NASCAR fan. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband Joe (Harold) Herzig. Shirley and Harold were married 47 years as of this last Valentines Day. She is also preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers:  Doyne, James, Elvis, and Billy Dugger, and her sister Nora Lee Burns. Shirley is survived by two sons, Rondell Hager (Karen) and Joe Rodgers, one daughter, Carla Hager Simer, one brother, Ralph Dugger, one sister Barbara McDoniel, 9 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. There will be a visitation, Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 6-8 PM at Willis Funeral Service and a 2PM graveside service on Monday, October 14, 2019, at Barnes Cemetery in Bethesda, AR.
