Shannon Lynn Tate, 36, of Cave City passed away in Cave City. He was born September 18, 1977 in Batesville. He loved video games, music, all sports and was of the Christian faith. Survivors include his parents, Eddie Tate, Kimberly Tate, and Veda White all of Cushman; one son, Landon Tate of Batesville; two daughters, Atlee Lambert of Cave City and Arieanna Depoi of Tyler, TX; two brothers, Brandon Tate and Daniel Tate of Cushman; one sister, Brandie Martin of Cushman; his grandmother, Pat Dodd of Cushman; aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his infant son, Tyler Tate and his grandparents, Felix and Anna Tate. Services will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Carl Blankenship officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery at Cushman. Visitation is Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 9:00 A.M. to service time at the chapel.
