Sandra Brown 73, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away on September 8, 2024. She was born on May 20, 1951, to Nathan Hennings and Lena Osborne.

Sandra was an advocate for living life to the fullest, pursuing her passions boldly and relentlessly. She found joy in gardening and cooking, sharing her love for these activities with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan Hennings and Lena Osborne, her brothers Cecil Hennings, Teddy Hennings, and Paul Hennings, and niece Paris Moneae Balentine.

Sandra leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory. She is survived by her siblings Nolan Hennings and Mona Hardaway, both of Batesville, AR; her daughter Mona Meriwether of Fort Worth, TX; two grandsons, Shod Neely (Angelica) and Walker Meriwether, both of Fort Worth, TX; and two great-grandchildren, Carson Neely and Maximus Neely. She also leaves behind best friends Patricia Watkins and Veronica Neely of Batesville as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Ruddle Hill Cemetery on Friday, September 13, 2024, starting at 1 PM.
