Ruby Carolyn Rugel, 70, of Southside passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Batesville. She was born June 8, 1944 in Wynne to Richard Chisem and Ruby Bost Chisem. She was a homemaker, devoted to the Lord, loved her family and her Mt. Zion Baptist Church family. She also enjoyed collecting knick-knacks. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Dick Rugel of Southside; one son, Tony Knudsen of Memphis; one daughter, Rhonda Rust of Sidney, NE; one sister, Ludy Parks of Clarksville; five grandchildren, Zach Reichman of Chappell, NE, Brittiny Frye of Thorton, CO, Dallas Reichman of Lodgepole, NE, Nicole Reichman of Hamilton, OH, and Dakota Reichman of Chappell, NE; and six great-grandchildren, Cooper Reichman and Rheya Reichman both of Chappell, NE, Eli Frye of Thorton, CO, Michelle Abagail Barrowcliff of Hamilton, OH, and Lily Reichman and Lucy Reichman both of Lodgeful, NE. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Chism and Richard Chisem; and three sisters, Edna Chandler, Betty Clark and Martha Rojas.
