Roy Waitman Rogers, 65, passed away on March 31, 2023. He was born on April 8, 1957, in Bakersfield, California, to Thomas and Linda Rogers.

Roy was a family man. He loved spending time with his family and hosting BBQs. He also enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and back roading with his grandson Alex. Roy was also a hard worker and enjoyed working for Bad Boys for over five years. Roy also proudly served his country as an Army Veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Rogers and Linda Sue (Parsons) Rogers; brother, Floyd Rogers; and sister, Kathy Waldon. He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Halcom Rogers; sons, Andrew Miller of Ohio, Roy Kirk of Ohio, Roy Rogers Jr. of Ohio, Stayton Massey of Arkansas, and Jeremy Biggers of Arkansas; daughters, Fawn Rogers of Ohio, and April Massey of Arkansas; brothers, Leslie Royer (Silvia) of Texas, Clay Royer Sr. of Ohio, Darrell Rogers of Texas, Charles Royer of Ohio, and Oscar Royer of Ohio; sisters, Lee Ann Rogers Lohrbach (Stephen) of California, Sue Frame (Dave) of Indiana, and Davina Willis (Tommy) of Arkansas; as well as many, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Willis Funeral Service on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
