Robert William Stevens, 66, of Horseshoe Bend passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Batesville. He was born June 17, 1948 in Batesville to Ray Stevens and Geraldean Willis Stevens. He served in the Marines and loved to hunt and fish. Survivors include two sons, Scott Waters of Batesville and Brandon Stevens of Jonesboro; one daughter, Shannon Stevens of Batesville; four grandchildren, Dalton Stevens, Maylea Smith, Jordan Nesbitt, Jadin Haley and one great grandchild, Riley Ann Nesbitt. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Peggy Stevens and one brother, Michael Stevens. There will be a private burial at a later date.
