Robert Lowell Rexroad, 73, of Coos Bay, Oregon, formerly of Batesville, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 in Coos Bay, Oregon. He was born May 27, 1941 in Coos Bay, Oregon to Dwight Rexroad and Ruby Whitted Rexroad. He served in the U.S. Army and was of the Church of God faith. Robert cared for his family and was a highly decorated military man. Survivors include two sons, Steve Jarrett of Cushman and Kevin Rexroad of Searcy; one brother, Dwight Rexroad of Coos Bay, OR; one sister, Florence Russell of Reno, NV and two grandsons, Matthew Rexroad and Joshua Rexroad. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Patricia Gilliam Rexroad; his second wife, Elizabeth Rexroad; his son, Robert Rexroad; his brother, Arthur Rexroad and his sister, Donna Rexroad. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Chic Wolford officiating. Interment with Military Honors will be at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cushman. Pallbearers are Terry Thompson, Paul Cranfield, Mike McMahan, Randall McMahan, Dewayne Elgin and Bobby Bennett. Honorary Pallbearers are Garry Greenfield, Wesley Kinion, Shane Kinion, Trevor Davis, Shawn Davis & David Elgin. Visitation is 5 - 7 P.M. Tuesday, March 17, 2015.
