Ricky E. Smart 65, passed away Sat. Dec. 22, 2018. He was born on Nov. 30, 1953, in Kennett, Mo. to Ralph and Lucy (Duffel) Smart. We the community salutes you for your time spent in the United States Army. Rick enjoyed horses, motor cycles, fishing, and anything that would let him outdoors. He spent over twenty years as a welder with White River Distributors. One thing he enjoyed besides the outdoors and his job was spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife for 36 years, Mary Florence (Green) Smart. Rick is survived by his sons,  Kevin Smart, Brad Smart and Raymond Douglas; daughters, Nikki Smart, Kristie Luckett and Denice Alvis; sisters, Sue Floyd and Debra West; grandchildren, Andrew, Avery, Heidi, Maggie, Anna Claire, Jonathan, Gregory, Gracie, Russell, Owen, Shawn, Nathan, Paxtyn, Elijah; great-grandchild, Ila Mae. Visitation will be Sat. Dec. 29, 2018 12-2 p.m. at Willis Funeral Service. Funeral Service will follow with Bro. Jerry Medlock officiating. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery Floral, Ar.
