Richard Lee Kemp, 68, passed away February 8, 2016. He was born January 24, 1948 to RD and Lela Kemp. He is survived by his son Gordon Kemp of California; his daughter, Ashley Manning and husband John, of Cave City; a brother, Monroe Kemp of Batesville; 6 sisters, Lois Sneed of Desha, Jeanie Lewig of Onalaska, Texas, Rosie Tonga of Tulare, California, Aletha Mayham of Lebanon,Missouri, Patty Anderson of Visila, California, Sharon Kemp of Newark; three grandchildren: Wesley Ray, Leah Manning, Ashlynn Manning, and several nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents and Sister, Eva Mohlke.
