Ricardo Alivino Chavez, 28, passed away on April 25, 2022. He was born in Newport, AR, on March 10, 1994.

Ricardo was a hard worker and always willing to help his mother around the house. During his free time, he enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his family. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by those that loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Maria Chavez of Batesville, AR; sisters, Stephanie Garcia of Batesville, AR and Nicole Chavez of Batesville, AR; as well as many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A graveside funeral service, officiated by Father Gadberry, will be held at Alderbrook Cemetery on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 2 p.m.

Ricardo Alivino Chavez, de 28 años, falleció el 25 de abril de 2022. Nació en Newport, AR, el 10 de marzo de 1994.

Ricardo era muy trabajador y siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a su madre en la casa.  En su tiempo libre disfrutaba jugar videojuegos y pasar tiempo con su familia.  Fue un amoroso hijo, hermano, sobrino, primo y amigo cuyo recuerdo siempre será apreciado por aquellos que lo amaban.

Le sobreviven su madre, Maria Chavez de Batesville, AR;  hermanas, Stephanie Garcia de Batesville, AR y Nicole Chavez de Batesville, AR;  así como muchos tíos, tías y primos.

Un funeral junto a la tumba, oficiado por el padre Gadberry, se llevará a cabo en el cementerio de Alderbrook el miércoles 4 de mayo de 2022 a las 2 p.m.
