Randy Jay Sherrill, 43, passed away on September 20, 2020. He was born on March 29, 1977, in Batesville, AR.

Randy was a member of the Independence County Fair Board Association. He loved to play 80's rock music, especially on the drums. He was well known for dirt track racing, cattle showing, and putting on a big Christmas light display in his neighborhood.

Randy was a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by his loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Sherrill; grandparents, Robert and Flora Sherrill, and L.J. and Marie Kever; and nephew, Blake Sherrill. He is survived by his wife, Kelli Sherrill; mother, Diane Holloway; son, Tanner Sherrill; daughters, Lila Sherrill and Lana Sherril; brother, Andy Sherrill (Angela); sister, Toni Keller (Sammy); nieces, Baylee Keller, Kristen Sherrill, and Allie Shaw; and nephews, Sawyer Keller and Evan Shaw.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at Willis Funeral Service from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service, officiated by Jerry Hagar, will be held at Compass Church on Friday, September 25, 2020, at 2 p.m., with the burial following at Egner Cemetery. COVID precautions will be in place, and a mask must be worn.
