Ralph Jesus Irizarry, 80, passed away on January 12, 2023. He was born in New York, New York, on February 1, 1942.

Ralph was a proud Navy veteran. He was also a devoted member of the Catholic Church; and tried to never miss a service. He was a caring, funny, and positive person. But the best way to describe Ralph would be as an artist. He loved photography, astronomy, and especially painting. Ralph was also a teacher and enjoyed passing on his knowledge to others. His true legacy, however, lies in his willingness to help others. Ralph was a tool for God in showing the love of Christ to those around him.

Ralph will be missed by his family, friends, and Florida church family. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by those that loved him.

Ralph was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother. He is survived by his daughter, Tasha Paniagua (Antonio); brothers, Pete Fariss (Ellie) and Mike Forsmoe; cousin, Nida Hill; and grandchildren, Jasmine and Josiah.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 20. 2023, at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 a.m.
