Rafael "Ralph" Garcia, 69, passed away July 21, 2016. He attended the St. Mary's Catholic Church. He enjoyed metal detecting and watching his wife Judy play music. He liked to dance and was a big family man. He loved time spend with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Guadalupe Garcia, and one sister Mary McCarville. He is survived by his wife Judy Garcia, two sons Adam Garcia and Carlos Garcia, one daughter Maria Castellon, four brothers: Able Garcia, Alfred Garcia, Jesse Garcia, and Robert Garcia, five sisters: Delfina Leal, Gloria Franks, Polly Tosh, Maggie Rolins, and Eva Dowell; 11 grandchildren: Stacy Kwiatowski, Jake Kwiatowski, Clara Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Peyton Castellon, Mallon Garcia, Rachel Garcia, Audrey Garcia, Madge-Marie Garcia, Owen Garcia, and Noah Garcia; and a host of other relatives and dear friends. Visitation will be Sunday July 24th from 6-8 PM at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel.
