Pheoba Elizabeth Moore (Red), 62, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, in Batesville, AR. She was born on July 28, 1962, in Batesville, AR, to the late Alford Presley Moore and Opal Leola "Patricia" (Wilson) Moore. Pheoba worked at Arnold Kawasaki-Yamaha for over twenty years as a finance office manager. She loved to cross-stitch, play bingo, and listen to music. She enjoyed watching paranormal or crime shows. She also loved Reba. Pheoba loved to travel and take her mini vacations, as long as she didn't have to drive on the interstate. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Pheoba was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed by all those that love her.

Pheoba is survived by her son, Cody Moore-Ponder; daughters, Crystal Burris and Megan Hooper; grandchildren, Presley Moore Barnes, Cheyanne Burris, and Ashley Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Blakely Reynolds, Kinsley Ervin, and Macie Reynolds; brothers, Marra Bowen, Leman Alan Moore, Rufus Moore, and Loran Dewayne Moore; sisters, Sharon Teeters, Shirley Ann Osborn, Alice Neal, and Erma Neeley; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara Lamb, Jackie Sumners, and Norma Jean Walters; and brothers, William Bowen, Max Craig Moore, and Alan Leo Moore.

There will be a visitation held on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Willis Funeral Service Chapel from 2 PM to 4 PM.
