Peggy Lou Holder, 81, passed away on September 7, 2020. She was born on August 9, 1939, in Locust Grove, AR.

Peggy attended the North Heights Church of Christ. She loved working in her garden, going to Mountain View to listen to bluegrass music, and shopping at yard sales. But most of all, she loved spending time with family. Peggy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by his loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Irene Elms; husband, J.D. Holder; daughter, Melinda Cartmill; son, James Holder; and brother, Jimmy Elms. She is survived by her brothers, William Elms and Evans Elms; sisters, Wanda Elms, Matha Blanton, and Betty Elms; grandchildren, Jeremy Cartmill and Brittney Holder; and great-grandchildren, Hanlee Cartmill, Reighna Cartmill, and Nala Cartmill.

A graveside service will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery on Friday, September 11, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
