Paul Richard Rouleau, 35, passed away on April 26, 2025, in Batesville, AR. He was born on August 3, 1989, in Lancaster, California, to Richard Paul Spencer and Colleen Roslyn Rouleau. Paul was an extremely hard worker and very respectful, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who met him. Paul was an amazing person and a great friend; he will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.

Paul is survived by his father, Richard Paul Spencer & wife Tausha; daughter, Heaven Leann Corter; grandparents, Susan Michaels, Vince Rouleau and Wife Debbie, and Jackie Bowman; aunts, Marianne Harmon and Husband Bill, Carrie Richardson, Kassandra Rouleau, and Barbara Heggem; uncles, Corey Spencer, Brian Spencer and wife Kaitlyn, Mike Spencer and Edward Rouleau; and many extended cousins and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Colleen Roslyn Rouleau; great-grandparents, Paul Richard Spencer and Patricia Spencer; grandfather, Richard Patrick Spencer; and aunts, Collette Rouleau and Tangy Spencer.

There will be a private service held in Los Angeles, CA.
