Obituary
Monroe H. Kemp, 66, passed away May 10, 2016. He was born May 16, 1949 to Monroe RD Kemp and Lela Marie (Holdbrook) Kemp. He was preceded in death by his parents RD Kemp and Lela Marie Kemp; a sister Eva Mohlke and brother Richard Kemp. He is survived by six sisters, Lois Sneed of Desha, Jeanie Lewig of Onalaska, Texas, Rosie Tonga of Tulare, California, Aletha Mayham of Lebanon, Missouri, Patty Anderson of Visila, California, Sharon Kemp of Newark. No services were planned to be held at this time. Arrangements were made by Willis Funeral Service of Batesville.
