Michael Eugene Sherrill, 60 of North Little Rock passed away January 8, 2016 at his home. He was born May 2, 1955 to John Henry Sherrill and Estella (Peel) Sherrill. He served in the Army during the time of the Honduras conflict. He was a member at the New Hebron Baptist Church in Little Rock, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents John Henry and Estella (Peel) Sherrill, and his grandparents Frank and Gertha (Rattler) Sherrill, and Alex and Ethel (Cagle) Peel. He is survived by three sisters: Clara Clark, Zilla Agee, and Vickie Noles; seven aunts: Wilma Evans of Denver, CO; Virginia Baletine of Chicago, IL; Bessie Cox of Canton, Ohio; Tommie Robinson of Newport, AR; Jackie Williams of Canton, Ohio; Sally Peel of Newport, AR; and Carolyn Johnson of Newport, AR; two uncles: Cecil Sherrill of Batesville, AR; and Jimmy Peel of Peoria, IL; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. Visitation will be Friday January 15th from 6PM- 7PM. The funeral service will be Saturday January 16th at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church in Batesville, AR. Interment will follow at the Ruddell Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Bill Harper, Don Crawford, Tommy Wells, Daniel Smith, Nolan Hennings, and Leroy Brown. Jr.
