Michael Allen Kelley, 70, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016. He was born June 22, 1946 to his parents Rose and Walter Kelley. He loved to hunt and fish and was an avid outdoorsman. He liked to talk about politics and his conservative values. He liked to read and was a frequent visitor to the Independence County Library. He loved animals of all kind. He enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Rose and Walter Kelley and his step-mom Gerrie; his brother Ron Kelley; and a granddaughter Ashley Tosh. He is survived by his daughter Michelle Reichardt and her husband Randy; a step-son David Humbrecht; and a step-daughter Cindy Symmonds; one granddaughter Bailey Bruce; a special friend and former spouse Lily Kelley; two fur-children Spanky and Pugsly; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
