Mary Lou Clark, 77, passed away Sunday, August 20th, 2017. She was born November 26th, 1939 in Newark, Arkansas. She was a member of the Hutchinson Mountain Church of Christ. She worked as an Arkansas State Revenue Office Agent for 32 years. She was a master gardener; and had served as treasurer for the Southside Fire Department and the Hutchinson Mountain Community Center. She enjoyed square dancing and had received several other awards and achievements as an active community volunteer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clede and Lucille Gibson; three brothers, R.C. Gibson, Larry Gibson, and Lindsey Gipson; and one sister, Dorothy Magness. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jerry Clark; one son, Steve Clark and his wife DeeDee; one daughter, Laura Hall; two brothers, Ray Gibson and Philip Gibson; one sister, Sally Logan; three grandchildren, Leslie Hall, Amy Holmes, and Matthew Hall; and three great grandchildren, Kassie Holmes, Stevie-Rose Holmes, and Gracie Holmes; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 24th at 11 AM at the Southside Church of Christ. Visitation for family and friends will be at the church from 10 AM until service time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville.
