Marrietta P. (Ford) Riley passed away February 25, 2017 at Mountain Meadows Nursing Home in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born November 27, 1927 in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas to Thurman Ford and Ona (Bice) Ford. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed her family and spending time with her great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents Thurman and Ona Ford; her husband C.J. Riley; her daughter Brenda (Riley) Coldwell; son-in-law Omer Coldwell; brother Billy Pete Ford; sister Clara Byler. She is survived by her grandson Michael Coldwell and his wife Kimberly Coldwell of Charlotte, Arkansas; her granddaughter Crystal (Coldwell) Reed and her husband Trent Reed of Batesville, Arkansas; three great-grandsons Tyler Coldwell of Charlotte, Arkansas, Garrett Davis, and Grayson Davis of Batesville, Arkansas; two brothers James Ford of Batesville, Arkansas, and Thurman Jr. Ford of Benton, Arkansas. A graveside memorial service is planned to be held at a later date. The family gives special thanks to Mountain Meadows, Arkansas Hospice, and Marrietta's friend Lois Partee.
