Mark Edward Dyer, 57, of Evening Shade, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016. He was born February 22, 1959 in Blue Island, Illinois to Paul Jones Dyer and Opal (Thompson) Cavasin. He was a loving father and brother as well as a very generous friend. Mark was a mechanic and always happy while tinkering with cars in the garage. He enjoyed watching TV and was a fan of Star Wars. He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Dyer and Opal Cavasin. He is survived by his daughter, Desiree Thompson of De Pere, Wisconsin; his girlfriend, Loretta Yarbora; three sisters: Mary Haywood of Cave City, Linda Cavazos of Gillette, Wisconsin, and Paula Dyer of Ash Flat; three grandchildren: Keyara Thompson, Kendra Thompson, and Xavier Thompson; as well as several nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends was held Saturday, January 7th, 2017 from 6 to 7 PM at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel.
