Marion Vickery, 83, of Vicksburg, Michigan passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022 while in Batesville, Arkansas. Marion was born November 20, 1939 in Three Rivers, Michigan to John Earl and Leona Eva (Yeomans) Simpson. She married Wayne Carl Vickery on November 29, 1958. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who loved her.

She is preceded in death by both her parents; her husband, Wayne; one son, Mark; four brothers, Jack, Robert, Patrick and Raymond; four sisters, Claribel, Dorothea, Joan and Joyce and long time partner, Roger Jennings. Surviving are two daughters; Vickie (John Ritsema) Smittendorf and Lorie (Freddie) Mohlke; three grandchildren; Derek (Ashley) Smittendorf, Darci (Nathan) Heath and Jordan (Alanah) Mohlke; three great-grandchildren; Liam, Makena and Maisyn; and one on the way; siblings Linda (James) Reed and Melvin (Sukie) Simpson.

A visititation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Avink McCowen Secord Funeral Home - Vicksburg Chapel; 409 S. Main St. Vicksburg, MI 49097. A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 2:00pm at the Vicksburg Cemetery, 333 W. Highway St., Vicksburg, MI 49097. Memorials may be made to Generous Hands, 606 N. Spruce St., Vicksburg, MI 49097.
