Maria Isabel Zamora, de 76 años, falleció el 4 de abril de 2025, en Batesville, AR. Nació el 12 de julio de 1948, en San Felipe Aztatan, Nayarit, México, hija de J. Refugio Paz Madrid y Agustina Arciniega Sillas. (difuntos). María era de fe católica y asistió a la Iglesia  Católica de Sta. María, Batesville. Le gustaba plantar flores, coser, criar animales de granja, viajar, cocinar e ir a ventas de garaje. Por encima de todo, le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos.

A María le sobreviven su esposo, Jesús Zamora Martínez; hijos: Martin Coronado Paz, Erasmo Medina Paz y J. Guadalupe Coronado Paz; hijas: Sandra Coronado Paz, Yovana López Paz, Maria de Jesús Zamora Paz y Elizabeth Zamora Paz; nietos: Martin Medina, Karen Medina, Algelberto Medina, Ivon Medina, Gabriel Medina, Karina Medina, Luis Fernando Barriga, Alan Omar Barriga, Jorge Damian Barriga, Brian J. Barriga, Leida Carrillo, Maria José Carrillo, Valeria Carrillo, Marbella Zamora e Isabella Gutiérrez; catorce bisnietos; hermanos: Natividad Paz Arciniega y Florentino Paz Arciniega; y hermanas: Maria Elna Paz Arciniega, Lorenza Paz Arciniega, Ernestina Paz Arciniega, Gregoria Paz Arciniega y Maria Guadalupe Paz Arciniega. Está precedida en la muerte por sus padres; hermano: Manuel Paz Arciniega; y hermana: María Yolanda Paz Arciniega.

La Iglesia Católica de Sta. María ofrecerá una visitación de 3 p.m. a 5 p.m. el martes 8 de abril de 2025. El rezo del Rosario comenzará a las 5:30 p.m. y en seguida se celebrará la Misa Fúnebre.

Maria Isabel Zamora, 76, passed away on April 4, 2025, in Batesville, AR. She was born on July 12, 1948, in San Felipe Aztatan, Nayarit, Mexico, to the late J. Refugio Paz Madrid and Agustina Arciniega Sillas. Maria was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed planting flowers, sewing, raising farm animals, traveling, cooking, and going to yard sales. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Maria is survived by her husband, Jesus Zamora Martinez; sons, Martin Coronado Paz, Erasmo Medina Paz, and J. Guadalupe Coronado Paz; daughters, Sandra Coronado Paz, Yovana Lopez Paz, Maria de Jesus Zamora Paz, and Elizabeth Zamora Paz; grandchildren, Martin Medina, Karen Medina, Algelberto Medina, Ivon Medina, Gabriel Medina, Karina Medina, Luis Fernando Barriga, Alan Omar Barriga, Jorge Damian Barriga, Brian J. Barriga, Leida Carrillo, Maria Jose Carrillo, Valeria Carrillo, Marbella Zamora, and Isabella Gutierrez; fourteen great-grandchildren; brothers, Natividad Paz Arciniega and Florentino Paz Arciniega; and sisters, Maria Elna Paz Arciniega, Lorenza Paz Arciniega, Ernestina Paz Arciniega, Gregoria Paz Arciniega, and Maria Guadalupe Paz Arciniega. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Manuel Paz Arciniega; and sister, Maria Yolanda Paz Arciniega.

St. Mary's Catholic Church will host a visitation from 3 PM until 5 PM on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The recitation of the Rosary will begin at 5:30 PM with a Funeral Mass to follow.
