Madeline Darlene Hastings, 76, passed away Tuesday, August 29th, 2017. She was born September 10th, 1940. She was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed doing yard work and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Erastus Lamb and Madelyn Lamb; and one sister, Joanne Story. She is survived by her mother that is still living Betty Lamb; her husband of 58 years, Donald "Don" W Hastings; two sons, Donald Douglas Hastings and Michael David Hastings; one daughter, Deborah Denise George; two brothers, Ovid Joe Lamb and Garry Quincy Lamb; one sister, Carolyn McCrary; six grandchildren, Jessica Daniels, Chelsea Havens, Michelle Hastings, Christopher Hastings, Madeline George-Hastings, and Mallory Hastings; three step-grandchildren, Michael George, Michelle Brame, and Baylee Moore; and several great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 1st at 2 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens of Lonoke under the direction of Willis Funeral Service of Batesville.
