Loyal Everett Hines, 71, of Newark passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 in Batesville. He was born August 1, 1943 in Madisonville, TX to Bill Hines and Myrle Batson Hines. He was a factory worker, served in the US Army and a member at the Newark Southern Baptist Church. Loyal enjoyed gardening and listening to gospel music. Survivors include his wife of forty three years, Patricia M. Hines of the home; two daughters, Margo Hines of Jonesboro and Gretchen N. Hines of Southside; two grandchildren, Cory Hilderbran and Eric Hilderbran. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Beverly Anne Hines; one sister and two brothers Services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel. There will be a private family burial at a later date. Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. to service time at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 4, 2014.
