Lawrence Randle Satterwhite, 72, of Batesville, passed away Thursday Dec. 13, 2018. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Lawrence and Ruth Bernice (Smith) Satterwhite. Mr. Satterwhite served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He retired from the highway dept. as a supervisor after working there 37 years. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, the outdoors. He enjoyed teeing off and playing a few holes with his buddies. Morning time it was time to go to the Triangle and set at the round table, drink coffee and see who has the best story for the day. Mr. Satterwhite's family and friends will miss his love and his stories. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carolyn Reynolds. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Yvonne Satterwhite; son, Michael Satterwhite; daughter, Tina Lawellin; grandchildren, Alexus Lawellin, Grace Lawellin, Aspyn Satterwhite, Kaleigh Satterwhite. There will be a celebration of life at Oaklawn Cemetery Friday, Dec. 21, 2018 at 1 p.m. with Bro. Rian Puckett officiating. Lawrence your family and friends will miss you dearly. God bless
