Larry Milligan, 62, passed away December 19th, 2016. He enjoyed music and his guitars, playing pool, and time spent with his family and kids. He was preceded in death by his father Mitch Milligan and his brother Randy Milligan. He is survived by his mother Georgia Jo Milligan, his wife Sandra Milligan; three daughters: Chelsie Milligan Steely, Nichole Milligan Justice, and Lauren Milligan; three step-children: Richard Wiltrout, Jason Medley, and Melissa Mansfield; six grandchildren: Katelin Milligan, Rylinn Justice, Katelyn Still, Jace Mansfield, Andrew Medley, and Briana Hughes; two great-grandchildren Bentley Still and Cason Still; and one sister Carolyn Milligan Hughes.
