Obituary

Keagan Delancey Allen, 20, of Southside went to be with the Lord Sept, 12, 2015. He was born Sept, 9, 1995, with spina bifida. Keagan always had a great outlook and never let multiple surgeries get him down. His personality and his wit resulted in a large circle of friends. As a 2014 Southside honor graduate, he left a strong list of accomplishments: member of the Beta Club, Spanish Club and Science Club, founder of Southside Chess Club, president of Key Club and member of Quiz Bowl. He also held several positions in FBLA. Keagan finished his freshman year at Lyon College in 2015 and was a proud member of TKE fraternity. He served as the ambassador for March of Dimes from age two to sixteen. He served as a volunteer for three years at White River Medical Center and was a recipient of a WRMC scholarship. Keagan enjoyed so many things in his young life. He loved to fish with his Papaw, target practice, and for many years he loved attending Camp Aldersgate for spina bifida children. He also loved his Patriots and Razorback football teams and fully embraced college life, football and tailgate parties. Keagan especially valued and enjoyed his close friends Zach Reed, Matthew Wilson and Tahkodah Harmon. He attended Batesville First Church of the Nazarene. Keagan is survived by his parents, Thomas and Stacy Harbor; a brother, Kolby Mason; one surviving great-grandmother, Vada Fulbright; his Aunt Leslie and Uncle Tim Rhines; Great-Aunt Donna (Lala) and Bobby Jobe; Great-Aunt Kim and Uncle Eddie Langston of Nashville, Tennessee; numerous cousins; special grandparents, Byron and Madaline Southerland; and extended family. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Batesville First Church of the Nazarene. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: Med Camp - Camp Aldersgate, 2000 Aldersgate Road, Little Rock, AR 72205.
