Kathleen Trewyn, 82, passed away on January 4, 2022. She was born on January 25, 1939, in Pleasant Plains, Arkansas.

Kathleen loved to travel. She spent many years traveling around with her husband Dale in their camper. They would go far and wide to watch live country and gospel music together. Even when she was spending time at home, music was always playing in the background. Kathleen loved spending time outdoors especially in her garden. She had a kind heart and a nurturing spirit that was always willing to help anyone at any time. The memory and love she shared will be carried on through all of those that loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Jannifer Hightower (James); son, Lynn Dale Trewyn (Donna); grandchildren, Bryon Hightower, Thomas Hightower (Amy), Chad Hightower (Gabe), Alishia Smith (Brandon), Brandon Trewyn (Ryleigh), Crystal Brown (ID), Justin Trewyn (Shonda); great-grandchildren, Taylor Monroe Hightower, Lilly Ann Hightower, Mashaya Smith, Broddy Smith, Faith White, Gareth Brown, Trinity Trewyn, and Jaxon Trewyn; and daughter-in-law, Kelly Trewyn. She is preceded by her husband, Dale Erwin Trewyn; son, Loren Dean Trewyn; parents, George and Fannie Petree; paternal father, Aubrey Staggs; and brothers, Ledoy Staggs, Dean Staggs, and Clentis Staggs.

A visitation will be held on Friday from 12 to 2 PM in the Willis Funeral Service chapel. The funeral will begin at 2 PM following the service with interment to Egner Cemetery.
