Oscar "Jurl" Anderson, 75, passed away Wednesday, January 31st, 2018. He was born September 16th, 1942. He was a member of Ramsey Heights Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed working with his son Tony in the shop. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Oscar Anderson, and Audrey Anderson; his wife, Donna Sue Anderson; and a nephew, John Anderson. He is survived by his son, Tony Anderson and his wife, Sandi; his daughter, Donna Kourakis; two grandchildren, Heather Vanhorn and Nikki Kourakis; and one great granddaughter, Lillian Kourakis; two brothers, Earl Dean Anderson and Larry Anderson; two nephews, Barry Anderson and Stephen Anderson; and a niece LaNita Russell; and a host of other extended relatives, church family, and friends. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, February 8th at 1:30 PM at Ramsey Heights Missionary Baptist Church located at 449 Heber Springs Rd. Batesville, AR 72501.
