June Ann (Thompson) Lewis of Batesville, AR, died on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the age of 77. June was born on May 28, 1948, in Spring Mill, to the late Paul Thompson and Billie (Campbell) Thompson Clark Estes. June was of the Christian faith.

June loved her family. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. In her spare time, she loved to cook, especially baking and making candy. She enjoyed putting together puzzles and watching TV, especially old westerns, game shows, and daytime judge shows. She was a babysitter for many years and loved caring for children. She was a loving and nurturing presence in the lives of everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed by everyone who was blessed to know and love her.

June is preceded in death by both of her parents and her husband, Stanley Lewis. She is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Story (Steven) and Debbie Sanders (Glen); her brother, Sky Clark (Paula); her two sisters, Wanda Thompson and Rosetta Richardson (Richard); 4 grandchildren, Dylan Story, Jason Mead (Jessica), Aymee Flood (Stephen), and Sam Mead; 7 great-grandchildren, Maddie Davis, Belle Mead, Maddie Mead, Ian Mead, James Mead, Justin Anderson, and Ayden Mead; 1 great-great-grandchild, Nate Davis; and many extended family members and friends.

Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville. There will be a visitation at Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 6 PM until 8 PM. The funeral service, officiated by Bro. Jimmy Brown, will be on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 10 AM, also at Willis Funeral Service Chapel, with interment to follow at Ball Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Steven Story, Jason Mead, Dylan Story, Stephen Flood, Sam Mead, and Sky Clark.
