John Randall "Randy" Johnson passed away Saturday December 17th, 2016 at White River Medical Center in Batesville with loving family by his side. Randy was born in Batesville, Arkansas August 15th, 1977 to Johnny and Debbie (Kimbrough) Johnson. He was a graduate of Batesville High School. He played football for the Pioneer Football team. He was an avid sports fan. He liked NFL football, NASCAR racing, hunting and fishing. Randy enjoyed traveling especially going to the beaches. He was well versed on world affairs. He liked taking care of cattle and feeding them with the tractor. He was a Christian and his most prized possession was his Dad's Bible that he gave to him. His working career was in industry for White Rodgers Co. and GDX. He worked some construction also. Survivors include: his grandmother Verbyl Sipe Kimbrough; grandfather John Johnson; uncle Gary Kimbrough; aunts: Glenda, Lilly, Brenda, and Diane. He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandmother Julie Johnson and grandfather Hansel Kimbrough. Graveside services will be at 1 PM Wednesday December 21st at Barnes Cemetery located near Bethesda with Bro. Jerry Lumpkin officiating. No visitation is planned.
