John Micheal Miller, 87, passed away on June 16, 2023, in Batesville, AR. He was born on November 15, 1935, in Mullikan, Michigan, to Claude Miller and Grace (Jones) Miller. John served our country in the United States Marine Corps for twenty-four years, retiring in 1977. He was also a volunteer at the Hutchison Mountain Community Center. John enjoyed hunting, working, and politics, including Fox News.

John is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Jean Miller; daughters, Susan and husband Bob, and Denise and husband Talbert; grandchildren, Sarah and Heather; great-grandson, Ezio; brother, Wellington Miller and wife Laurel; and grand-dog, Sophie. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Patricia Gearhart and Anna Mae McDonald; and niece, Valerie Gearhart.

There will be a Visitation at Willis Funeral Service on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 1 PM-2 PM. The funeral service, officiated by Stephen Clark, will follow starting at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/.
